Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you receive an item with a significant structural defect (such as an issue affecting the durability or function of the bag), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the situation and work with you to make it right.
